I THINK I’LL BE A GOOD COOK

i  started cooking spaghetti then pinakbet then ginataang kalabas. and then yesterday i accomplished sinigang na bangus (which is really maasim) and menudo (that is overflowing with tomato sauce). my spaghetti had been always oily and everytime i ate it i got the feeling that my body is floating in spaghetti sauce. recently i perfected my spaghetti (sa wakas!).  pinakbet was a little salty that Dave really like but i do like it sweet (a little nga yan). i thought that sinigang na bangus is hard to cook but its very easy. i maybe over used the sampaloc mix that’s the reason why its so maasim which again Dave do happen to like. then later that night ive cook menudo and i over flowed it with tomato sauce, patatas and carrots. hehehe. i do love to cook now a days and its really fun. love it…
