JED MADELA’S ICONIC ALBUM REVIEW

Jed Madela surprises his fans by releasing his new album entitled Iconic. The album was released online and contained song from great singers like Mariah Carey and Celine Dion to name a few. The first two tracks sounds like EDM with the Welcome To My World Intro-Lude and a different attack to the song originally done by Christina Aguilera, Beautiful. Showcasing his powerful vocal is with the song Dont Wanna Lose You Now. Giving justice to a Whitney Houston classic, Didnt We Almost Have It All, also gives a different instrumental treatment and its great. A Mariah Carey’s original Love Takes Time gives that soothing sound and that band version of Celine Dion’s That’s The Way It Is are two of my favorite tracks. Sweet Love gives that good vibes that I need for the day. His duet with Regine Velasquez-Alcasid for the song Somewhere Over The Rainbow is done great. That drum attack for the Madonna’s song Like A Prayer is nice. Three track remixes is also included in the album. This is very different from the Jed Madela that I used to listen to and he is becoming experimental and it is really a good thing resulting to a fantastic album.
